Terms and Conditions:

• Rate quoted is inclusive of taxes: 5% VAT, 7% Municipality Fee, and 10% Service Charge
• Subject for tourism fee of AED 300 (Tourism fee is applicable only on the first continuous 30-night stay)
• Hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Three times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
• Requires full payment in advance upon check-in
• Requires Cash Deposit of AED 2,000 upon check-in and refundable upon check-out.
• Any damages incurred/loss in the apartments shall be deducted from the Deposit.
• In case of a shortened stay rate is non-refundable
