• Hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Two times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services & change of linen once a week

Payment Terms and Conditions:
• Requires Cash Deposit of AED 2,000 to guarantee the booking and refundable upon check-out.
• Any damages incurred/loss in the apartments shall be deducted from the Deposit.
• In case of a shortened stay rate is non-refundable.
