Terms & Conditions:
• The rate quoted is subject for taxes: 5%VAT, a 7% Municipality Fee, and a 10% Service Charge
• The rate quoted is subject to a tourism fee of AED 300 (Tourism fee is applicable only on the first continuous 30-night stay)
• The hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Two times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services & linen change once a week

Payment Terms and Conditions:
• Requires full payment in advance upon check-in
• Requires Cash Deposit of AED 2,000 upon check-in and refundable upon check-out.
• Any damages incurred/loss inside the apartment shall be deducted from the Deposit.
• In case of a shortened stay rate is nonrefundable
