Join Our Team – Guest Relations Agent (Dubai)

We’re a fast-growing luxury vacation rental company based in Dubai, building a premium portfolio of high-end properties in prime locations.

We’re looking for our first Guest Relations Agent to join us on the ground. This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our operations from day one. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience and daily execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Guest Experience & Operations
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage check-ins, both self check-in support and in-person when required
- Handle DTCM registrations and compliance
- Coordinate check-outs and manage extensions
- Respond to guest messages, requests, and issues in a timely manner
- Write clear and fair guest reviews

Property & Operations Management
- Inspect properties regularly to maintain high standards
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and monitor quality
- Work closely with maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
- Handle operational challenges and emergencies on the ground
- Track and restock amenities, linens, and supplies
- Ensure smooth daily coordination between all teams

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or property management is a strong plus
- Based in Dubai and ready to start immediately
- Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license
Comfortable traveling between multiple properties daily

Work Environment
- Hands-on, field-based role with regular on-site presence
- Flexible schedule based on guest arrivals and operational needs
- Work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Not a desk job, expect to be active and moving throughout the day
