The Reception Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai at Expedia Business Centres LLC. This receptionist position requires greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing guests. Daily tasks include handling reception duties, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception and office area. The role also involves providing administrative assistance such as preparing documents, contracts, organising files, managing office supplies, admin for the company staff, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Professional receptionist and front-desk skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, filing and PRO Skills to support office operations.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with Clients
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a reception or administrative support role in real estate sector or similar is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
