We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
2. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond where appropriate.
3. Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
5. Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
6. Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
7. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
8. Monitor office supplies and ensure administrative requirements are met.
9. Follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the Managing Director.
10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
