A leading Business Center located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (DMCC Free Zone) is seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the business center.
Candidates with experience in DMCC Free Zone portal operations or hospitality background will be preferred.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Experience in DMCC Free Zone / Business Center / Hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
