About Pura Media

Pura Media is a fast-growing performance marketing company based in Dubai. We work with UK roofing companies, helping them generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through Facebook advertising, lead nurturing and bespoke sales systems.

We're growing quickly and are looking for a hungry, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for speaking with warm leads who have already expressed interest in working with Pura Media.

Your job is to understand their business, qualify them and book high-quality appointments for our sales team.

You will not be responsible for closing the sale. Your role is to create qualified opportunities for the closers.

Responsibilities

* Call warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns
* Speak with UK roofing business owners and understand their business
* Qualify prospects against our criteria
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team
* Follow up with prospects who haven't booked
* Keep the CRM updated and maintain accurate notes
* Hit daily and monthly KPIs
* Continuously improve your sales performance

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hungry, competitive and commercially minded.

You should:

* Have previous sales or appointment-setting experience
* Be highly confident speaking on the phone
* Have excellent spoken English
* Understand UK culture and how British business owners communicate
* Be competitive and motivated by targets
* Be comfortable with rejection and able to stay consistent
* Be organised, disciplined and accountable
* Be coachable and willing to improve
* Want to build a serious career in sales
* Be based in Dubai or relocating to Dubai

Experience in B2B sales or selling to business owners is a major advantage.

AED 10,000 Base Salary

Uncapped Commission

There is no limit on your earning potential. The better you perform, the more you earn.

OTE Up To AED 35,000+

Top performers can earn significantly more through commission and performance bonuses.

Remote Initially

The role will be remote initially, with our Dubai office expected to open in September/October 2026. The role will then become office-based.
