Sales Executive – Premium Household Staffing (European Company)
Royal Maison is a boutique European household staffing consultancy specializing in the placement of nannies, housekeepers, chefs, butlers, drivers, personal assistants and estate staff for high-net-worth families across the UAE.
We are looking for an ambitious, well-presented and client-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to new client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed placements.
* Prepare proposals, contracts and service agreements.
* Maintain accurate client records and activities within Zoho CRM.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
* Upsell additional staffing services where appropriate.
* Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Represent the Royal Maison brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Client Relations.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage (training provided).
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Positive, energetic and target-driven personality.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
