Job Details
We are looking for an *experienced Salesperson with strong knowledge of the microcement industry* to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within *microcement, decorative finishes, construction, interior finishes, or a related field*, together with the technical ability to understand and explain microcement systems, applications, products, and installation methods to clients.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships.
* Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
* Visit clients, contractors, designers, architects, and project sites.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable microcement solutions.
* Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
* Follow up on projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
* Work closely with the technical and application teams to ensure projects are properly specified.
* Identify new business opportunities within the UAE market.
* Maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
Requirements:
* *Previous sales experience in microcement or a closely related construction/interior finishes industry is essential.*
* Strong *technical knowledge of microcement products, applications, preparation methods, and finishing systems.*
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly to clients and applicators.
* Proven ability to generate sales and develop new business.
* *Valid UAE driving licence is essential.*
* Willingness to travel to client and project sites across the UAE.
* Professional, motivated, presentable, and target-driven.
* UAE market experience and an existing network of industry contacts would be an advantage.
