Cantata is a UAE-based coffee brand offering a full range of classic and flavored coffee products to the HoReCa market. We supply cafes, restaurants, and hospitality venues across the Emirates with quality coffee that keeps their guests coming back.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Sales Executive to grow our wholesale business across the UAE. You'll spend most of your time on the road, visiting cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other HoReCa venues, introducing our coffee range (classic blends and flavored varieties), running tastings, closing deals, and building long-term accounts.
This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking to owners and F&B managers, and turning conversations into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit prospective HoReCa clients across the UAE (cafes, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, offices)
- Present Cantata's classic and flavored coffee range, conduct on-site tastings, and demonstrate product value
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and supply terms; close new accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing wholesale clients, regular check-ins, reorders, upselling new SKUs
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting (visits, leads, conversions, revenue)
- Gather market intelligence: competitor pricing, customer preferences, trends in the local coffee scene
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support
- Represent the Cantata brand professionally at every client interaction
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written), essential for daily client communication
- Valid UAE driving license, essential, this is a field role with daily driving
- Proven B2B / field sales experience, preferably in coffee, FMCG, beverages, or HoReCa supply
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule on the road
- UAE residency and the right to work in the country
- Working English for internal communication and reporting
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts in the UAE HoReCa sector
- Knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and equipment
- Experience using a CRM
- Additional languages (English, Russian)
