Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at Sensatori Properties, you will play a pivotal role in guiding international and local clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai’s vibrant real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Advisory: Meet with high-net-worth individuals to deeply understand their investment goals and luxury lifestyle preferences.
* Market Expertise: Stay ahead of Dubai real estate market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice.
* Property Matching: Match clients with suitable secondary market properties or exclusive off-plan developer listings.
* Deal Negotiation: Negotiate optimal terms and conditions of sales contracts and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
* Transaction Management: Review legal compliance documentation and facilitate paperwork seamlessly through to deal closure.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, major developers, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in high-ticket sales, customer-facing roles, luxury retail, or hospitality (Dubai real estate experience is a major plus, but a target-driven attitude is highly valued).
* Mobility: Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a car is highly preferred.
* Communication: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, or German) is a strong advantage.
* Traits: Impeccable professional appearance, client-focused attitude, and a proactive, target-driven work ethic.
