Real Estate Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, managing property listings, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with agents, clients, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and update property listings across CRM systems and property portals.
* Handle data entry and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
* Manage client leads, inquiries, and database information.
* Prepare and process legal documents, tenancy contracts, and MOUs as required.
* Coordinate with agents and clients to collect required documents and information.
* Monitor and verify property advertisements before publication.
* Prepare weekly reports on listings and administrative activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
* Write, edit, and update property descriptions to highlight key selling features.
* Manage emails, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
* Assist management with reports, presentations, and special projects.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administration, Data Entry, or Real Estate Coordinator role.
* Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in preparing tenancy contracts and real estate documentation.
* Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures and regulations.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
