Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain property listings on various platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM, etc.) and the website.

* Well-versed in creating contracts A, B, and F through Dubai Broker Apps, Form 1, tenancy contract, and rental listing form.

* Managing and distributing leads to the agent.

* Ensure property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company and regulatory standards.

* Assist in preparing property marketing materials, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

* Coordinate with agents and clients to gather necessary information for new listings and updates.

* Handle inquiries and provide timely responses regarding property listings.

* Ensure all administrative tasks related to property listings, including document handling, contracts, and data entry, are completed efficiently.

* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and updating databases.

* ⁠Maintain an organized filing system for all property listings, contracts, and relevant documentation.

* Provide all necessary documents for each property to secure Trakheesi for RERA approval.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate administration, specifically managing property listings.

* Strong knowledge of real estate listing platforms and software

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools.

* Knowledge of real estate regulations and industry standards is a plus.
