Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader with at least seven years of experience in the Dubai property market.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Business Bay, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai.

Proven experience in residential leasing and sales.

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing real estate teams.

Full knowledge of relevant UAE real estate regulations and authority requirements.

Experience managing listings on Property Finder, Bayut and dubizzle.

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, monitor and motivate the sales and leasing team.

Recruit, onboard and train new agents.

Set targets, evaluate individual and team performance, and report results to management.

Provide practical on-site support during viewings, negotiations and deal closures.

Guide agents in overcoming objections and closing difficult transactions.

Generate, maintain, filter and distribute accurate property inventory among team members.

Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, pipelines and conversion rates.

Review listing quality, pricing, photographs and portal performance.

Ensure transactions, advertisements and agent activities comply with company procedures and UAE regulations.

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, developers and clients.

Monitor market activity and provide the team with pricing, availability and competitor updates.

Resolve operational issues and escalate material risks or client complaints to management.

Promote ethical conduct, accountability, teamwork and professional client service.
