About the Role
We are hiring a VIP Household Manager / Family Manager for a private family in Dubai.
This is not a maid position. This is a senior household leadership role for someone who can manage a busy VIP family home, supervise staff, oversee the children’s daily schedules, coordinate household operations, and make sure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and on time.
The right candidate must be polished, highly organized, confident, discreet, and able to manage both household staff and children’s routines with maturity and care.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of a VIP private household

Supervise and coordinate maids, nannies, drivers, chef, cleaners, and other household staff

Manage the children’s schedules, routines, school needs, activities, appointments, and daily logistics

Ensure children are prepared, on time, properly supervised, and supported throughout the day

Coordinate with schools, tutors, activity providers, doctors, and drivers when needed

Create daily schedules, staff task lists, and household routines

Monitor household standards, cleanliness, organization, and presentation

Handle household inventory, supplies, grocery lists, maintenance, and errands

Ensure staff are performing their duties properly and professionally

Solve household problems quickly without needing constant supervision

Communicate clearly with the family and provide updates when needed

Maintain complete discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a Household Manager, Family Manager, House Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper, Senior Nanny, Family PA, or similar VIP/private household role

Strong experience managing children’s schedules and family routines

Excellent leadership and staff management skills

Strong English communication skills

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Confident speaking with schools, drivers, staff, and service providers

Professional appearance and polished manner

Able to manage a busy household calmly and efficiently

Must be discreet, trustworthy, and reliable

Experience working with VIP families is strongly preferred

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a busy family home and bring order, structure, and calm.
You should know how to manage staff, organize children’s schedules, follow up on tasks, solve problems before they become problems, and make sure the home runs like a well-tuned machine with velvet gloves.
This is a senior management role, not a domestic helper role.
