A reputable company is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support professional to join the technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations within the organization. Candidates with strong troubleshooting abilities and technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors, internet connectivity, and software problems
- Support employees with technical concerns and system access
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
- Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, and system security
- Assist in setting up email accounts, user profiles, and office systems
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical repairs and maintenance
- Keep records of IT inventory and technical activities
- Ensure all systems are updated and functioning efficiently

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Certifications in IT, hardware, networking, or Microsoft systems are an advantage
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply
