Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors, internet connectivity, and software problems
- Support employees with technical concerns and system access
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations
- Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, and system security
- Assist in setting up email accounts, user profiles, and office systems
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical repairs and maintenance
- Keep records of IT inventory and technical activities
- Ensure all systems are updated and functioning efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Certifications in IT, hardware, networking, or Microsoft systems are an advantage
