Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure incidents within agreed SLAs.
2. Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL best practices.
3. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, VPN tunneling, and remote access solutions.
4. Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments including E5 services.
5. Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions.
6. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers and enterprise infrastructure services.
7. Perform server monitoring, maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
8. Configure and manage NAS storage systems and managed enterprise switches.
9. Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise networking components and structured cabling environments.
10. Deploy and support VoIP/PBX systems such as Grandstream.
11. Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure.
12. Provide desktop support and full-spectrum network troubleshooting for end users.
13. Monitor infrastructure health using IT monitoring and alerting tools.
14. Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
15. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability of IT services.
Qualifications and Experience:
FortiGate Firewall configuration
VPN management and remote access
Windows Server administration
Microsoft 365 & E5 support
Endpoint security solutions
NAS storage configuration
CCTV systems
VoIP/PBX systems (Grandstream preferred)
2 to 4 years' work experience
Degree Holder (Computer Science or Information Technology)
