Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Monitor petty cash and daily expenses
Assist in bank reconciliations
3. Data & Reporting 📊
Maintain financial databases and accounting software
Generate monthly financial reports
Track departmental expenses
Ensure accuracy of financial records
4. Compliance & Documentation ✔️
Ensure financial transactions follow company policies
Maintain confidential financial documents
Assist with audit preparation
Keep records for tax or regulatory compliance
5. Coordination & Communication 🤝
Liaise between management, finance teams, and vendors
Follow up on pending payments or invoices
Provide administrative support to finance managers
