We are looking for a smart, organized and professional Executive Secretary / Business Administration Assistant to support the management and daily business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing daily schedules, meetings and appointments
* Office administration and documentation
* Handling calls, WhatsApp messages and business follow-ups
* Following up with clients and suppliers
* Preparing quotations, invoices and basic reports
* Organizing files, documents and business records
* Coordinating procurement and suppliers
* Following up on management tasks and deadlines
* Assisting with day-to-day business administration
Requirements:
* Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
* Strong organization and follow-up skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Professional communication and appearance
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* UAE experience is preferred
* Own visa is preferred
