Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT & OT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide on-site operational support and monitoring services for critical Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The ideal candidate is a young professional (preferably under 30 years old) with a strong technical background in IT and OT systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, end users, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support and operational monitoring of IT and OT infrastructure.
• Monitor network, server, security, and industrial control systems to ensure service continuity
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident management
• Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams
• Handle preventive maintenance activities and system health checks
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and incident logs
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably under 30 years of age with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including:
o Windows and Linux operating systems
o Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching)
o Virtualization technologies
o Monitoring and ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of OT environments, including:
o SCADA systems
o Industrial networks
o PLCs and industrial automation concepts
• Ability to work in a mission-critical operational environment
