Headquartered in Qatar, the company operates a dedicated Sales Office in Dubai, serving clients across the United Arab Emirates.
*Role*
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Service Sales Engineer to support our business expansion within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our market presence by developing targeted sales strategies, understanding client requirements, providing technical guidance, and building long-term customer relationships. *Job Description*
-Attend sales meetings, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate technical guidance.
-Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the company’s full range of services and solutions.
-Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities; prepare compelling proposals and deliver professional presentations to secure new contracts.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; conduct site inspections, recommend improvements, and propose tailored service solutions.
-Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain up-to-date sales documentation, tools, and pipelines; prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports.
*Qualifications*
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry.
-Proven experience in cooling tower and/or chiller service sales.
-UAE or GCC market experience is highly preferred.
-Valid driving license, with the ability to travel for business when required.
-Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to provide technical support and interpret customer requirements.
-Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
