Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings professionally and promptly.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding company services, processes, and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client requests and applications.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding updates and pending requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions within a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain client records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, applications, and service-related documents when required.
• Ensure all client information and documents are handled confidentially.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
