Job Details
Preparing drinks accurately based on recipes, making recommendations,
and serving both bar and table customers.
Welcoming guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a
pleasant and efficient experience.
Stocking and rotating inventory, preparing garnishes, washing glassware,
and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
Verifying the age of customers and refusing service to intoxicated
individuals to ensure their safety and legal compliance.
Handling cash and card payments and managing customer tabs
accurately.
Contributing to drink menu creation and informing customers about
specials.
Assisting with training new employees and ensuring smooth operations,
sometimes in a lead capacity.
Performing daily and weekly cleaning duties, including dishwashing, and
following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
