and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
 Verifying the age of customers and refusing service to intoxicated
individuals to ensure their safety and legal compliance.
 Handling cash and card payments and managing customer tabs
accurately.
 Contributing to drink menu creation and informing customers about
specials.
 Assisting with training new employees and ensuring smooth operations,
sometimes in a lead capacity.
 Performing daily and weekly cleaning duties, including dishwashing, and
following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
