Over the course of my career, I have developed strong expertise in project planning, construction management, site execution, subcontractor management, consultant/client coordination, quality control, HSE, cost and schedule management, contract administration, and project handover.

One of my key achievements has been the successful execution and handover of 34+ luxury villas across multiple locations in Dubai, managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. I also have hands-on experience in managing building projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project targets within approved time and budget.
