I am a PMP & FIDIC Certified Construction Professional with over 10 years of UAE construction experience, specializing in the successful delivery of luxury villas, residential buildings, and multi-storey construction projects from mobilization through completion and final handover.
Over the course of my career, I have developed strong expertise in project planning, construction management, site execution, subcontractor management, consultant/client coordination, quality control, HSE, cost and schedule management, contract administration, and project handover.
One of my key achievements has been the successful execution and handover of 34+ luxury villas across multiple locations in Dubai, managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. I also have hands-on experience in managing building projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project targets within approved time and budget.
My combination of strong technical knowledge, site leadership, commercial awareness, and practical UAE project experience enables me to effectively manage challenging construction environments and deliver results.
