My site background helps me prepare accurate quantities and valuations because I understand how the work is actually executed. My Qs experience includes:
Taking off quantities and preparing BOQs
Preparing interim payment applications and certifying subcontractor bills
Valuing variations and preparing rate analysis
Maintaining records for claims and final accounts
Knowing FIDIC contract conditions
