We are looking for 1 flatmate to come live with us in our villa in Umm Suqeim!

Furnished bedroom with ensuite bathroom available. comes with bed, AC, blinds, wardrobe space. With evening light and a view on the garden. Price for the room is 4000 AED monthly with one month deposit. Immediately available.

About the house:
- Spacious cosy living room. Very well lighted ,the ground floor living has a seating area with TV and all the entertainment channels: Netflix/OSN/Starzplay etc. and a 10 people dining table.
- Big Fully Equipped Kitchen
- Kitchenette on the first floor with automatic coffee machine (coffee include in rent)
- Big garden with much greenery
- Private Pool with Lounge area
- Outside bar
- Laundry room
- High speed internet throughout all the spaces
- Plenty of parking outside
- Rooftop with lounge area and view of the skyline of Dubai (and Burj Khalifa)
- House cat

The rent price includes all the bills, furnished villa, internet, cable, some extras such as coffee and detergent and villa cleanings 6 times a week. Plus a gardener every day and pool boy twice a week.

The vibe:
We're looking to share this villa with kind, easy going, clean, like-minded individuals in order to maintain a place that feels like home. Somewhere to wind down and relax after work with a glass of wine or a nice dinner. Taking turns in weekend breakfasts! We don’t rent it to families or couples.

We are living with 6 in total. 1 French guy, 1 french lady, 1 German guy, 1 Italian lady, 1 spanish lady 1and the last one could be you 😉
