If you value your independence, this is the one. Room has 2 doors, one in to the villa and one to the garden, come and go as you please without walking through the house. It's like having your own little studio, but with all the benefits of a well-run shared villa: quality furniture, fast internet, cleaning included, and great housemates.

The villa:

The people and the vibe:
We're a tight but friendly bunch of western expats — UK, France, Spain, South Africa. Everyone's easygoing, clean and respectful. We look after the place like it's our own home, and we expect the same from anyone who joins. Not a party house, not uptight either — just a good place to live.

Not suitable for families or couples. Pets not allowed.

📍 Umm Suqeim 1 — Kite Beach within walking distance, Spinneys nearby, bus stop at 150m. Easy access to anywhere in Dubai.

Currently at a special rate — 4,500 AED/month all inclusive. Great value for an ensuite with private entrance in this area.
