Job Title: Personal Secretary
We are looking for a professional and experienced Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant
* Background in the Retail Industry is mandatory
* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills
* Good knowledge of UAE labour laws and business regulations
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Smart, presentable, and capable of working under pressure
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
* Draft professional emails, letters, and reports
* Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
* Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
* Handle travel arrangements and meeting preparations
* Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
