Receptionist – Bed & Biscuits Pet Boarding (Dubai Investment Park)
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
Full-time position
At Bed & Biscuits Pet Boarding, we’re not just a business – we’re a second home for dogs. We are looking for a Receptionist who genuinely loves dogs and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is not a standard front desk role — you’ll be the first point of contact for both our clients and their dogs, so a natural affinity with animals is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming clients and their dogs in a warm, professional manner
• Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily scheduling
• Handling calls, WhatsApp, and email communication clearly and efficiently
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Supporting daily administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues confidently
Requirements
• Must love dogs – this is essential, not optional
• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
• Previous reception/customer service experience preferred
