- Residential and commercial window films
- Safety and security films
- Automotive window tinting
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Car wrapping
- Ceramic coating
- Car detailing
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and articulate professional to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage incoming customer enquiries via telephone, whatsApp, facebook, instagram and/or other social media/communication channels.
The primary responsibility of this role is to understand customer requirements, gather accurate information, qualify enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate sales or operations team member.
This position plays a key role in creating a professional and positive first impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to leads/enquiries received through whatsApp and social media.
- Identify and understand the services required by each customer.
- Ask relevant questions to qualify enquiries effectively.
- Collect accurate customer and project information document it using MS office(excel or word)
- Forward qualified leads to the appropriate staff.
- Follow up on enquiries as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and leads
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers
- Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage telephone calls, enquiries/leads messages, from different channels (social media, email, watsaap)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services.
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service principles is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, reception, or lead generation is advantageous and will be considered.
