RetailHub is a retail technology company working with partner stores across the UAE. We are expanding fast and looking for a Store Supervisor to lead our in-store teams.
About the role
You will lead a team working inside partner supermarkets, making sure shelf data is accurate and reported on time. Your day is spent on the shop floor and between store locations, not at a desk.
Your responsibilities:
• Run daily quality checks on your team's work — photo quality, price tag visibility, accurate out-of-stock marking
• Coach team members face to face, on site
• Onboard and train new team members
• Track stock issues that cost sales and report them to the Operations Director
• Act as the key point between the store floor and management
Who we are looking for:
• Valid UAE driving license — daily travel between store locations is part of the job
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence in holding people accountable and having direct conversations when something goes wrong
• Comfortable with an active, on-feet role
• Direct management experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• 6/1, 12-hour shift
• KPI based on the performance of your team
