A dynamic interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, specialized in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing interior fit-out projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
2. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
3. Meet potential clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements.
4. Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for project costing and proposal submissions.
5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or related industries in the UAE.
2. Strong network of clients, Deisgners, consultants, and Real estate in the UAE market.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
