Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
(Large Format Digital Print Production & Commercial Printing & Packaging)
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, retail, real estate, and event sectors in GCC Market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery.
• Understand client requirements for large format, digital, and offset print projects (e.g., signage, branding, and Added value on Commercial print, packaging, paper bag).
• Coordinate with designers, production, and installation teams to ensure client specifications are accurately met.
• Align with the coordinators and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly with internal coordinators and production managers/supervisors and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new sectors, trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence and expand customer base.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company services and generate leads.
2. Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client databases and reporting to the General Manager daily as per the meeting schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, pricing structures, and margin targets.
3. Key Competencies
• Excellent Communication, Reporting and Presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proven sales track record within the printing or advertising industry.
