CamShield FZE is looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate leads, visit clients, prepare quotations, and close sales for CCTV, smart security, smart home, and intercom system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Visit villas, offices, shops, contractors, real estate companies, and facility management companies.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into site visits.
• Coordinate site surveys and collect client requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Close deals and collect advance payments.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline and daily follow-up report.
• Coordinate with the operations team for installation and project execution.
Requirements
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Own car or ability to move independently for client visits is required.
• Valid UAE residence visa is preferred.
• Previous field sales experience in the UAE is required.
• Experience in CCTV, smart home, ELV, security systems, facility management, maintenance services, or technical solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets and performance-based commission.
• Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
Important Note
Applicants must have a valid UAE driving license and the ability to attend client visits independently. Candidates without driving ability or relevant field sales experience may not be considered.
