**Job Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Officer** to join our delivery services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and growing the company’s delivery service portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients.
* Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Promote the company’s delivery and logistics services.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
* Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Previous experience in business development, sales, logistics, courier, or delivery services is preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
