Automobile Sales Executive – Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell new and used vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
Generate sales leads through walk-in customers, referrals, networking, and follow-up activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales transactions.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in automobile sales or a related sales environment is preferred.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
