We are seeking a highly capable and commercially driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our portfolio of premium holiday homes in Dubai.
This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands the market, builds strong relationships, and consistently delivers results.
Role Objective
Drive sustained occupancy and revenue growth by securing high-quality clients, strategic partnerships, and long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source and secure corporate, relocation, and long-stay clients
• Establish partnerships with travel agencies, brokers, and corporate accounts
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across Dubai
• Develop and execute offline sales strategies to drive direct bookings
• Negotiate and close high-value short-term and long-term agreements
• Build a strong pipeline of repeat and referral-based business
• Continuously identify ways to maximize occupancy and revenue performance
Candidate Profile
• Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals independently
• Strong network within Dubai’s hospitality, real estate, or corporate sector
• Highly proactive, confident, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment
• Strong presence, communication, and negotiation skills
Requirements
• Experience in hotel sales, serviced apartments, holiday homes, or real estate
• Based in Dubai
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
