Job Role: Admin cum Telecaller
An Admin cum Telecaller is responsible for managing administrative tasks while handling customer communication and lead follow-ups to support business operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
* Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
* Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with sales executives regarding client meetings and follow-ups.
* Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records.
* Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
* Assist in preparing contracts, forms, and other administrative documents.
* Manage office supplies and support daily administrative operations.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
* Ensure timely follow-up with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and attention to detail.
* Professional, customer-focused attitude.
