The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Maintain office records, files, and databases.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
Coordinate with management and sales teams on daily activities.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Support compliance and documentation as required.
Appointment Setting
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database.
Introduce the company's real estate services professionally.
Qualify prospects and identify potential buyers or investors.
Schedule appointments for the sales consultants.
Confirm and follow up on appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets.
