Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrator to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM), and a high level of accuracy in data handling.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate data entry across all systems and records
* Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and reporting
* Use Microsoft Excel efficiently for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
* Maintain and update customer and operational data in Zoho CRM
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Support different departments with administrative and coordination tasks
* Monitor data accuracy and correct any discrepancies promptly
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Excel Proficiency (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions, including but not limited to:
* SUM
* AVERAGE
* IF / IFS
* VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
* XLOOKUP
* INDEX & MATCH
* COUNT / COUNTA / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
* SUMIF / SUMIFS
* CONCAT / TEXTJOIN
* LEFT, RIGHT, MID
* LEN, TRIM
* ROUND
* Basic Pivot Tables

* Clear and professional verbal and written communication
* Ability to coordinate with internal teams and customers effectively

* High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Strong organizational skills

* Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems
* Ability to manage, update, and extract data from CRM
