The Role:
This is a commercial sales role focused on generating revenue.
Your primary responsibility is to secure new business for Spotlight Global Media Group by selling our event space, podcast studios and media production services to brands, agencies, corporates, creators and sports organisations.
You'll actively build relationships, identify opportunities, conduct venue tours, create proposals, negotiate contracts and convert enquiries into long term clients.
This is not a desk based role. You'll be expected to network, attend industry events, build partnerships and proactively develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Venue Sales
Generate bookings for Spotlight's event space.
Sell the venue for:
Corporate events
Brand activations
Product launches
Networking events
Workshops
Press conferences
Sports watch parties
Private events
Creator events
Conduct venue tours and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts.
Negotiate commercial agreements.
Maximise venue occupancy throughout the year.
Podcast Studio Sales
Sell podcast studio hire packages.
Develop relationships with creators, agencies and businesses.
Promote podcast production packages.
Upsell video production, editing, livestreaming and social media content packages.
Build recurring memberships and long-term studio clients.
Business Development
Prospect new clients daily.
Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach and referrals.
Build relationships with:
Marketing agencies
PR agencies
Event agencies
Sports organisations
Corporate businesses
Influencers and creators
Government organisations
Represent Spotlight at networking events, exhibitions and conferences.
Develop strategic partnerships that generate recurring business.
Commercial Growth:
Achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline using the company CRM.
Follow up all enquiries promptly.
Produce weekly sales reports and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to increase average booking value.
Cross-sell Spotlight's full range of services wherever possible.

Essential
Proven experience in B2B sales, venue sales or business development.
Strong commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident networking with senior decision-makers.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Comfortable working towards ambitious revenue targets.
Desirable
Experience within events, hospitality, media or production.
Existing network within the UAE events industry.
CRM experience.
Experience selling premium or luxury services.

Salary & Benefits
AED 20,000 - 30,000 per month + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
