We are looking for a reliable, professional, and long-term Control Room Operator to join our growing security operations team.
Our business has been operating successfully in the UK for over 15 years, and we are now expanding our operations from our office based in Business Bay, Dubai.

The role involves monitoring day-to-day security operations across the UK, handling client communications, dispatching officers, and responding to incidents and alarm activations. Applicants must be confident speaking on the phone, managing multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
Working Hours: 12-Hour Shifts
Operational Hours: UK-Based Timings
Employment Visa: Provided by the Company
Long-Term Career Progression Opportunities
Key Duties
Responding to client emails and telephone calls professionally
Handling alarm response calls and dispatching security officers/mobile patrols
Monitoring ongoing incidents and providing updates to clients
Managing and supporting security staff on shift
Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records and reports
Coordinating officer movements and shift coverage
Monitoring CCTV systems and security platforms where required
Liaising with clients, contractors, and emergency services when necessary
Escalating incidents in accordance with company procedures
Carrying out general control room administration duties
Requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using computers, emails, and telephone systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional, calm, and proactive approach
Good written and spoken English
Previous experience in security, control room operations, customer service, dispatch, logistics, or operations is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
