The Role (Remote/Hybrid):
We are seeking a highly professional and empathetic Customer Care Assistant to be the primary point of contact for our discerning clientele. This position offers remote flexibility, allowing you to manage global inquiries from your home office while staying connected with our Dubai-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
Transparent Communication: Educate and guide clients through our unique pricing model, clearly explaining the distinction between retail costs and procurement fees.
Inquiry Management: Handle "Price on Request" inquiries for ultra-exclusive items with extreme discretion and professionalism.
VIP Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with high-net-worth individuals, providing real-time updates on sourcing and logistics.
Operational Support: Assist with the end-to-end client journey, from initial sourcing requests to final delivery coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a significant advantage).
Deep familiarity with luxury brand standards and global fashion trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote-work setup.
