About the Role:
We’re looking for an Operations Executive who’s obsessed with efficiency, thrives on solving operational headaches, and can keep a thousand moving parts running like clockwork. You’ll be the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring our customers get a smooth, delightful, on-time experience — every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
Coordinate and oversee daily service appointments, partner schedules, and field staff routing across multiple verticals (e.g., beauty, wellness, maintenance).
Partner & Vendor Coordination:
Maintain relationships with service providers, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support onboarding and training when needed.
Live Issue Handling:
Monitor real-time bookings and service status. Proactively resolve delays, cancellations, and complaints using a customer-first approach.
Process Optimization:
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks in the operational process. Propose and implement solutions that reduce cost or improve customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track operational KPIs, service completion rates, SLA breaches, and feedback scores. Generate insights and present them in weekly/monthly ops reviews.
Technology Tools:
Work closely with tech and product teams to refine operational workflows in the backend platform or customer app.
What You Bring:
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service management (preferably in tech, FMCG, last-mile, or home services)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Comfortable using dashboards, CRMs, and tools like Excel, Notion, or Trello
Bonus if You Have:
Experience in a startup or scaling environment
Familiarity with route optimization, dispatch logic, or service SLAs
A customer-first mindset with a bias for action
