HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
Arabic, Gulf, Seafood & Grill Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to lead and supervise the daily kitchen operations of a well-established restaurant specializing in Arabic, Gulf, Seafood, and Grill cuisine.
The successful candidate must have strong experience in managing kitchen teams, maintaining food quality standards, controlling food costs, training staff, and ensuring consistency across all menu items.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires active involvement in kitchen operations and is not limited to office-based supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
* Supervise and manage all daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure smooth workflow and productivity within the kitchen.
* Coordinate food preparation and order dispatch efficiently.
* Monitor kitchen performance and operational standards.
Food Quality Control
* Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
* Monitor adherence to approved recipes and preparation methods.
* Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the day.
* Maintain high standards across Arabic, Gulf, Seafood, and Grill menu items.
Team Leadership
* Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff.
* Evaluate employee performance and productivity.
* Maintain discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
* Assist in recruiting and training new kitchen employees.
Cost & Inventory Control
* Monitor food cost and kitchen wastage.
* Ensure proper utilization of ingredients and resources.
* Participate in inventory management and stock control.
* Support purchasing and inventory planning activities.
Food Safety & Hygiene
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen operations.
* Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in Arabic, Gulf, Seafood, or Grill restaurants.
* Proven experience in leading and supervising kitchen teams.
* Strong knowledge of Mandi, Madfoon, Madhbi, Majboos, Biryani, seafood dishes, and grilled items.
* Strong leadership and staff training skills.
* Experience in food quality control and kitchen operations.
* Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
* Ability to work under pressure and during peak operational periods.
* Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
