**Job Title:** Automotive Service Advisor
**Location:** United Arab Emirates
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet customers and assess their service needs professionally
* Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle status and required work
* Upsell additional services where appropriate while maintaining trust
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
* Maintain detailed service records and documentation
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in the UAE**
* Strong knowledge of **German, American, Japanese, and other vehicle brands**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Fluency in **English is mandatory**
* Additional languages such as **Arabic or Russian are a strong advantage**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Good technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
**Preferred Skills:**
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with workshop management systems
